Executive Director, ABCD
Ginny Finn has served as ABCD’s executive director since 2007 and has been affiliated with the organization since its founding in 1999, first as a volunteer instructor in the area of Legal and Ethical Issues  and then as a member of the Medical and Community Advisory Board and the Program Committee.  Having experienced breast cancer as a co-survivor several times, she became an ABCD Family and Friend Mentor in 2000. 
 
As part of her work with ABCD, Ginny serves on both the Wisconsin Comprehensive Cancer Control Council’s Breast Cancer Task Force and Survivorship Forum Steering Committee and participates in the Milwaukee Regional Cancer Control Network.  She also leads collaborations with the American Cancer Society, Gilda’s Club of Southeast Wisconsin and Stillwaters Cancer Support Services, among others.
 
Trained as an attorney, Ginny has over two decades of business and tax-exempt organization experience, with particular emphasis on healthcare, higher education and the arts.  She is a long-time adjunct instructor in Health Law for Consumers and Professionals in UW-Milwaukee’s Health Care Administration program. 
 
Ginny currently serves on the Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare Institutional Review Board and Community Health Charities of Wisconsin’s Board of Directors.
 
She is a graduate of Coe College, Purdue University and the University of Wisconsin Law School, where she was a member of the Law Review and served as President of the Moot Court Board.  Ginny recently participated in Harvard Business School’s Strategic Perspectives in Nonprofit Management institute. 
 
She and her husband, Evan Lenhardt, love to repair old homes and bike ride.  She is also a fan of corny jokes.
