Jim Flint has over 25 years in nonprofit leadership and program development. He is currently the Executive Director of Fishing the Good Fight, a men's mental health organization that uses fly fishing as a catalyst for change. He was previously the founding Executive Director of two impactful organizations: the Fiver Children's Foundation in New York City and the Peak Initiative in Milwaukee. Under his leadership, both organizations delivered comprehensive youth development programs emphasizing long-term support and empowerment, collectively serving hundreds of young people and their families annually. Fishing the Good Fight is a national nonprofit organization whose mission is to improve all lives by serving men facing mental health challenges. It is built on the intentional weaving together of fly fishing, therapeutic group discussions, and community—a powerful combination that uniquely resonates with the men we serve. It’s not just the individual components that are effective; it’s the way they are seamlessly interwoven that creates the draw and delivers lasting impact. |
