Rotary Day
Rotary Day was a rousing success with 40 plus people in attendance. Our past president Deb Kerr brought many guests from Brown Deer. Wendy Bauman from WWBIC was represented well with several of their clients, along with several guests for other members. Terry was responsible for getting our speaker that day and Mola in bringing potential members. Time was taken for individual introductions, resulting in lots of beneficial networking connections.
  • This week, March 16th, your speaker will be Michael Paddock of CH2M Hill with an update on a Guatemala Grant
  • On March 23rd Alex Holden of Holden Security will speak about Internet security issues. Alex is considered an expert in this field and has consulted with major American companies on this subject.
Please Welcome a New Member

Future Speakers Needed
Email or call Cary Silverstein with future speaker suggestions for the 2015-2016 Rotary Year. Thank you for the recent referrals from Gregg Herman, Bill Brown, Rob Munger and Mark Goldstein. I have scheduled a number of their suggested speakers. At this time we have a few open dates in July & August of 2015. We have begun to schedule speakers for Mark Goldstein’s Rotary year.

History Tidbits1997-1998
During this Rotary year, Peggy Vinson was our president. Peggy worked to involve more members in the Club’s committees. She put together a “President’s Book” that included samples of agendas, minutes, etc. She thanks Jerry Moses [deceased] for the programs, Jamie Kieckhefer for her Past President’s Party and Cary Silverstein for the Lake Geneva Golf Outing. She and her daughter also enjoyed participating in the Clarke Street School reading projects. Peggy stated in her summary, “Monday’s were always brighter when you could escape from work to Rotary.”
